We're Ryū, a small pop-up bringing thoughtfully crafted cold brews and matcha to markets across Melbourne. Our drinks are layered, flavour-forward, and often topped with signature cold foams. We focus on quality, balance, and a little creativity in every cup.
We use matcha sourced directly from Japan, and brew our coffee from locally roasted beans. Our ingredients are simple, but we take the time to get every element right, from how the cold brew's steeped to the textures in our foams.
Alongside our core drinks, we create seasonal specials, think creamy, warm blends for colder weathers, and fresh, fruity flavours for when it heats up. What makes Ryu stand out is the experience. We serve drinks that look good, taste even better, and bring people back.
