The Flemington Farmers Market is Melbourne’s first farmers’ market to be established with Victorian Farmers’ Market Association accreditation
This is a guarantee that stallholders grow or make the goods they sell and that the quality of produce is of the utmost importance. There’ll be no craft stalls or jumping castles to distract from this seriously good food expedition but there will be plenty for kids to enjoy because farmers’ markets are a wonderful food adventure for all.
Held on the grounds of Ascot Vale Primary School, Moonee Street, Ascot Vale, the market is easily accessible by major roads, public transport, and bicycles. There is ample parking and an amiable atmosphere. The school community enthusiastically supports the market.

Dogs are most welcome to come and join us at the Flemington Farmers Market but they must be on a lead at ALL TIMES. Owners take full responsibility of their dogs during their visit and MUST ensure they behavior appropriately in public and please clean up after them should they mess in the grounds. We want the market to be visited by all including our four legged friends.
