Located in the picturesque gold rush town of Trentham in Central Victoria, RedBeard Historic Bakery is only 70 minutes from Melbourne. We specialise in organic sourdough breads, handmade with traditional techniques and baked in a huge 19th century woodfired scotch oven

  Our licensed café features local, seasonal and organic ingredients and is open every day from 8am to 5 pm. Our behind the scenes  bakery tours sourdough baking workshops are a must for food and heritage lovers.

We are located in Baxter on the Mornington Peninsula. Our business is divided into two different services: We grow our own Certified Organic produce on our farm and sell that direct through Farmers Markets around Melbourne and the Peninsula.

Home delivery service in the region. Our products include both our own Organic Vegies as well as fresh Organic and Conventional produce from the Melbourne Markets. We also carry stock such as free range eggs, organic juices, dried fruit, condiments and more.
 
Peninsula Fresh is a family-run business and has been servicing the Peninsula for 4 years.  Prior to this, we had our own award-winning Fruit and Vegetable Stores, located in Seaford and Frankston South.  We are proud to say that we have owned our farm for approximately 40 years.
